This year’s Mildenhall motorbike show has taken a leaf from hit movie “Calendar Girls”. They are selling a calendar featuring the men and women behind the show in ‘various stages of undress’.
Peter Hislop, of Hislop's Motorcycle Engineering took the pictures. He said “A few of them took some persuading but once a couple of them volunteered, it was fine. We shot the pictures indoors and out around New Year so it was a bit cold for them.”
The show takes place at The Globe, Field Road, Mildenhall on Saturday, May 5 from noon. Calendars, which run from May 2007 to April 2008, are on sale now from The Globe and Hislop's for £6 each or two for £10. Proceeds will be added to the charity fund.
