Are CBR600 F3 and F4 front discs the same?

I have a warped front right brake disc on my 1996 Honda CBR600F3. Does anyone know if the discs from the CBR600F4 (1999-2001) are the same size? BikeBandit.com gives different part numbers as

F3 - DISK, R. FR. BRAKE 138141-001

F4 DISK, R. FR. BRAKE 710537-001


Am I hoping against hope that they may actually be the same part/dimensions, disregarding the differing part numbers? :bye:
