View Full Version : Can someone help me assemble my new Bike House?

Today I brought a new house for my bike as I have no garage storage.

It's only a kit set garden shed but I really could do with some help assembling it and I was wondering if anyone might be free to bring over their Phillips screwdriver to my place which is in the Ellersile area sometime to help me put it together.

Beer will be provided.

If you're new to bikes, I'd recommend buying some screwdrivers at a bare minimum, that and some allen keys. Trust me, you'll be glad you did

Good luck with assembling one of those poxy things
I did one about two years ago & what a mission, they are an invention of the DEVIL!!
It is straight forward enough, but takes time
And dont drink the beer untill its finished

You obviously don't like beer or helping chicks build sheds.

Hope I'm not with you if my bike ever breaks down but I doubt it seeing as your in Christchurch and thanks for the tool advice anyway.

Trust me on the tools, that you'll eventually need them might sound like I'm being a fatalist, but you'll be glad you've got them the day ya need them

nice bike, deserves to be in the garage......
some advice, read instructions more than once before you start,
riding your bike would be more fun than putting one of those sheds together...

Ok, I'm hearing ya.

What about if its done in stages, yes prolongs the pain, but could be less stressful if done in steps and then there is the opportunity to ride bikes in the morning, do a stage on the shed in the afternoon and then drink the beer in evening . . .

I've just moved, hence the new Bike shed and besides Franklin is very generic so I'm stretching it out to Ellersile ok.
