Please forgive me, i know its in the wrong part of the forum, but i need to know urgently,

Will, a ZZR250 motor drop striaght into a GPX frame??

I snapped the conrod on mine, and sent bits flying out of the engine, so definatly need a new motor.

I will put up a story and pics of it later (it's quite spectacular)

Cheers,

Glen

ps. sorry about the wrong part of the forum mods... :innocent:

Only 99% sure that they are the same engine. I know that GPX and EL use the same motor. The GPZ and ZZR are also inline watercooled twins so most likely are all the same engine.
Have a read of this http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=19553 and this http://250ccbikes.com/kawasaki-gpx250.html

as long as it's an ex250 motor it will bolt straight up.
