I want to buy at house at auction this Thursday and am trying to figure out how much the current owner paid for the house. This is all part of my mad plan to determine how much I need to spend on it.

According to this website https://www.qv.co.nz/onlinereports/propertyreports/essentialpropertyguide.htm#SalesHistory a QV member should be able to get a Sales History report for free. If anyone is a member I'd be very appreciative if you could get this report for me!

If anyone can help out, I'll PM you the address. Cheers in advance

Hi there

Reports aren't free for members - the only free ones you get are a 'Notify of next sale' or 'Demographic Proifle' of the neighborhood.

Sales history is $4.50 per property.

Cheers

Thanks Leong helped us out

Shewolf - the report we were after was a free one.

Dover - we have all the information pretty much on the e-valuation apart from the previous sale history, which like we said is a free report.

I don't know whether it's typical or not, but that information came with my LIM report :)
