TD5 Video clips how do I upload

I have uploaded some short video clips onto the Utube.com site and they play like crap. I made short clips so I could down load them stright onto this site but it wont work. I am no smart coputer freak just a dumb sparky so any one got any clues, cheers George.:bye:

With the use of youtube etc, the site owner decided you could upload them there, and link to here... easy to use those sites anyway...

so, no uploading vids direct to here...
