Helensville to Albany ride time????

can someone please help me out? looking to buy a house in Helensville or surounding area. does anyone know how long the ride would be in the mornings/ evenings to albany??

or how long the drive would take?

I can get from glen field in the north shore to helensville in 15mins, slowed down by traffic lights.


But traffic is REALLY bad in the am on upper harbour drive, sometimes it takes 1hr to get from greenhite to albany.

I live in the Kaukapakapa area and it takes me about 20-25 minutes at legal speeds to get to Albany, depending on traffic and whether you use SH17 or SH1 from Silverdale.

Helensville will only be a little longer, 25-30 max.
