48-hour Film Competition is upon us again

Anyway its back on and this year I'm locked in a little before the day it starts!
I have already got a good team loaded but I am just mentioning this now if anyone wants to help, basically the more people wanting to help the easier it is to manage and make a great film!

In particular I am looking for actors and camera operators (with camera's! DV pref, firewire essential).
you don't need to have acted before, no-one else in my team has.

Something else I would LOVE to incorporate this year is more bikes (which would be any bikes) so if you don't want to act but want to ride around and get on the big screen post or pm and let me know.



before you ask what is my film about, I dont know, and I will not know until about midnight friday the 18th when the script is done.
around 7:00pm I am given a genre (list of genres (http://www.48hours.co.nz/2007/genres.php)) a character a line and a prop. from which we have to create a script, shoot it, edit, and submit it all within 48 hours (hence the name)

yeah um looks like I fucked it up again.
bloddy camera doesnt take ntsc, and for some reason I let premiere start the project with default (ntsc) settings

at least thats what I think the problem is

Haha the newspaper made it sound a lot worse than it was. The school which we were apparently in was a few roads over, about a km away. Also its was midday sunday so no idea what relevance that had.

I was actually just on our driveway for about 5 mins with a BB gun. Sure we prob should've called the cops just to let them know but not something u think about when ur in a rush. Just the same as kids running round the yard with a BB gun.

Was interesting thou. Had 4 or 5 cars and lotsa coppers with guns and a guy from 3 news :yes:

You needed a better plot and script, I think script is the key aye.

I know the time limit makes it hard but you need charactre development and to take more takes when filiming to make it more easy going than sounding forced.
