It Depends... When you end up wearing them... you've usually got an old member...

I wouldnt exactly call it being an 'old member' (though there are some on here) :dodge:

more of a regular poster or something.

Id say 1,000 posts would do it. And being a member for a year or two.

Reached 240 posts? Check. Nearly 1000...
Post an average of 5 a day? Nup, not a post whore! :bleh:
Been a member for 6 months or so? About 18 months now.
Recieved green and red bling? Check.
Copped some shit and given plenty back? Absolutely ;)

or over the age of 50 ??? Err, no. Halfway there though!

Comments welcome. Mine are in bold italics (in case you hadn't noticed ;))
I don't consider myself a KB newbie... but I don't know if I consider myself an old member either. 1. I'm not old, and 2. I haven't been around since the early days (pre 2003). Still, been around long enough to be considered part of the furniture.

I'd say you were an old member if you like the people you've met on KB, and used to do the group rides which get posted on the boards, but now usually only do group rides arranged by PM or text

Senior Members
A Senior Member is a user who has been a member for at least 140 days, has at least 240 posts and has a positive reputation. Once a user is a Senior Member they are able to set their own, custom user titles. Also, Senior Members are able to use larger avatars, their maximum stored pm's increases as well as other benefits.

I say Deviant's part of the furnature theory is a way to guage it as I think of the people who when you see their posts and you sort of recognise them, once they're at that stage I think they're/your there.
