Wellington Ride For Hope - Pix

The day turned out great and resulted in about 80 bikes turning up (Mostly Harleys but a big range of all types and sizes were there). There was a bit of waiting around at Frank Kitts Park prior to the ride then again in Porirua and along the foreshore at Raumati/Paraparumu. At that point the Kiwi Bikers decided a feed was in order at the Waterfront in Raumati and from there we came home, some via SH1 and some via Paekak Hill. All in all a good day and hopefully a good cause did well from it. (It was interesting to hear the schpiel about suicides, the stats and the fact that they have never had a cent from the Government)

Thank you to everyone that came on this ride it was a great day to see all forms of bikes and cars riding together as one.
everyone that came had a great time and enjoyed the food.
I got left behind at wellington lmao I was stuck with police watching that everyone got out safely by the time we hit Porirua everyone was parked up it looked great,
missed Paraparaumu and went straight to the river and watched you all come in, for me this was the most amazing sight I cried,
My brother who took his life on November and was a HD rider was looking down and was very proud, the most Proudest moment for me was seeing his best friend there with his mates and he rides a Jap bike sorry mate can't remeber the name of it lol I am really bad with remebering names of bikes as there is so many different kinds.


I am trying to load photos now since I am not a computer whiz I will ask the photograher that was there if she can do it for me.

Firstly apologies for not supporting the ride .Was at the Cold Duck Rally.The photos are great.Chanceyy gave me a great run down of the ride and how it went.Hopefully I will make the next one as this effects so many of us in one way or another.Bauldy to you.....well done for coming into KB and making us aware of the RIDE FOR HOPE and inviting fellow riders to get involved.
