Friendship Among Women:

A woman didn't come home one night. The next day she told her husband that she had slept over at a girlfriend's house. The man called his wife's 10 best friends. Not one of them knew anything about it.

Friendship Among Men:

A man didn't come home one night. The next day he told his wife that he had slept over at a buddy's house. The woman called her husband's 10 best friends. Eight of them confirmed that he had slept over and two claimed that he was still there.

There's no way a woman would have left herself wide open like that. She would have had a foolproof alibi. Her so-called friends must have designs on the poor husband themselves, a-la 'Desperate Housewives'

The guy, on the other hand, wouldn't have informed his mates about said shenanigans, but they instinctively know to stick up for their mates, even if they stuff it up.

The moral of this joke (and its a good chuckle, btw) is that if you feel a pain in your back, turn around and find a knife sticking out of it, chances are its a woman that put it there.

Thus illusrating yet again that men will actually stick up for thier mates and women cant wait to stick the knife in. So much for the famed "sisterhood" !

haha i like it!! yes guys have better mates you can almost always rely on them to have the correct answers when needed. And i think the reason for that is we are all generally in the same situation!!

Excellent..Except that neither of these two specimen are very clever, are they?

Only have 2 real friends...and both have been properly briefed prior to the said "escapade" and can therefor echo your version f the events...:sherlock:

Or so one logical mind might suggest...I ain't smart enough to figure something like that by myself :thud:
