Pretty tidy looking machine. I'd offer to go check it out for you... but, you know. *Sigh*

Yes. Had a look at a nice Katana 400 tonight. But cosmetically challenged but easily fixed and VERY low kays, but I would prefer a shaftie twin as it is less overall maintenance (I'm going to do that myself - poor bike).

A shaftie-twin is the way to go.
The fact I have one of these has nothing to do with this...............

Small capacity, good on gas, NOT Italian. That's what I'm after.

Getting an older commuter bike is a damn good idea - I've lobbed 2,000km on my Ducati in 4 weeks :( that means I'll have to get it serviced again in like 16 weeks....another $150 I won't see in a hurry.

Yeah, yeah, you NEARLY considered a Guzzi if I remember rightly :scooter: :dodge:

I have a very small
Budget.
If I had $10k I'd buy the Breva in a flash. I want something that can get knocked over in a bike park and I won't want to slit my wrists when I see it lying on its side.
