Anybody got any good tips on sorting front suspension for a 900 Hornet? Feels pretty "wooden" and harsh. Or is this just the way things are . . .

Seriously, if the 919 is anything like my bike (and it is, because they have similar soggy suspension), it probably has 5w fork oil. Sticking some 15w in there will make a surprising difference. But...not as much as getting some fixed rate springs configured to your weight (:

Yeah, heard a set of decent front springs (not too expensive) will help a lot.

Ohlins do a set of progressive springs. You can get them over the web. Or through Robert Taylor i'd assume.
There's a few brands out there. Go googling
