I have noticed that the speedo seems to indicate 180kph which would make this model the restricted Jap domestic version i.e. 180 kph max and 100bhp.
The trader states performance etc is available from Honda and make ref to Naked Blackbird which would infer the bike is the full output version e.g. 250 kph and 130 rwhp
2 different bikes really.
I have noticed that the exhaust had been modified so it is possible that the bike has been derestricted e.g. PC3 K&Ns etc. I can’t be arsed paying $10.00 to ask the question, maybe someone here could.
Might save someone from buying something different to what they were expecting.
