The other day I let my flatmate use my computer to cheak his trade me Auctions and emails as his pc isn't working and I was going to be out all day on the bike.....................

I discovered lastnite that was a f--king stupid move on my part.......as he been downloading PORN:nono: on my PC and has used half my monthly gigs in one day  welll fuked off more like it

I think I have found and deleted everything he downloaded.........have vented my feelings to him and really feel as I have been kicked in the teeth and dogs dont take too kindly too being kicked

I know what I would like too do but the law prevents it

ive learnt not to to let anybody use my computer. my partners sister stayed with us and was allowed to use the computer when ever she wanted. down loaded so much shit, got us infected with spyware and we caught here going thru out files. and she used myspace to hook up with random guys

dont trust anyone

Oh well, but now that you've deleted it all that's your monthly limit just wasted... you should have banned him from using it and kept the porn for yourself, then at least you've got something to show for it!!

Dont let anyone use your stuff-unless you are sitting on thier shoulder watching like a hawk. Bugger about your monthly usage:(

bugger mate! if you havent already, set up your pc so you need a password to access anything. also, download and run some anti virus and check for spyware too.

Been there and done that - when i was at school i got a mate to feed my animals when i when away on nationals.
Long story short - i ended up with a $65 internet bill (was on dial up pay by hour at the time). Kind sucks to have a bill which is worth more than i earn't in 4 weeks.

If it's the kind of plan that lets you keep going but bills you extra (rather than slowing down like some of the newer ones), just keep going and hand him the bill ...

Its not about the money that I dont care about

its more to do with the fact that I have helped him get back on his feet introduced him to motorcycling

and gone as far as lending him gloves, jacket getting a rode code from scracha and giving him a bike to use so he can get his licence and save to get his own bike and gear

and this is how he show's his thanks

Shit Barry, that's not good and I totally understand how you feel! I tend to think he wouldn't do that to you deliberately, but rather because of his own situation. Treat it as his problem, not yours if you can. Cheers Buddy.

We have a saying in Scotland. "Just cos she likes to do it, doesn't make her a bad lass" :innocent:

"Everone's always stealing your stuff NZ......" but I don't think NZI can help you out with this one.

As I told my kids though, "You find out what your mates are really like when you live with them."
