Engine listed. My knowledge of it is as stated, carbs are currently off the engine.

$280? Seems dam cheap...is that the going rate for a 2nd hand one?

No it is not. This is very very cheap, however it is becuase I am unsure of the running condition, so have sold it for what it is worth parts. Could be a minta, then someone will be very happy.
