I have never been to that pub, been past many times.

Though I do not know to much about poker runs.... somthing about picking up cards somehwere to make a hand or somthing.

last time i did this run i wasnt prepared for snow so i turned back after i warmed up a bit at that pub on the way to hamner (cant hink of what its called right now - must meanits time for another visit)

Not a bad sorta ride. Left Mak's bar and thru Rangiora and first stop Cheviot, then onto Waiau via the Leader Valley. Bit shitty tru there with grit opn the road. A Vulcan canned it. From Waiau next stop Waikari then the historic pub at Leithfield then finaly back at Mak's. Was a bit cold. So where was everyone>>

About 70 bikes. Could be a little more. The Vulcan just a dinged tank bike was still riderable.
