I am new here. Have ridden bikes on and off for many years and now back into it. I live near Palmerston and travel around the lower north island a bit (sometimes by bike) for work. I am watching to see what other girls up up to and would like to join for rides.

we are all a pretty friendly bunch there Cindymay & don't bite much ... am thinking that a girls ride might be on the cards when the boys do their weekend away ride .. we can always get into mischief :shutup: ... & drag along guys who will not do the big ride & corrupt them :innocent: :whistle:

there are a good group around palmie/ashurst and you will always be welcome on a ride, shame you missed sunday it was awesome. I am pillion at the moment waiting for my bike to arrive from UK but then I will be up for chick and multisex rides (not sure that sound right but hey ho).

Lissa was showing me how it was done on sunday and whilst having a fab time on 86GSXR's new baby I am itching to get out under my own speed too.

Naaaaaaa... off to Rarotonga in September, hire a couple of those way cool scooters and spend 10 days in temps in the high 20's drinking our way through the cocktail list and maybe (neigh) certainly get in some snorkeling and when we feel like it, lay around in the sun, toughest question will be... get in the pool or the ocean....:rockon::scooter:

I am also new.......still waiting for my bike, at this stage will be ready, just got parts back from painters, and now just waiting for it to be put back together then has to be complied (as a import).

I know I said I was back and then I headed offshore again for work and other stuff. This was longer than I thought and now winter is looming. :crybaby:

I still feel like a newbee here. Only know most KB people online and now I am off till end of June. I am going to Asia and will probably not be able to have much access to the Internet. I am back in NZ - missed the summer by all looks and feel of the temp. Now I could be offended by some of the comments made a couple of weeks before leaving but who gives a f**k. I am back in Welly for a few days. It has been ages since I looked at KB and not much seems to have changed, must be the cold weather. God it is cold here. I need to do some window shopping at bike shops to compare with brissy. Have good riding I will watch what is on this weekend and then sadly back over the ditch.
