AFTER 25 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, I TOOK A LOOK AT MY WIFE ONE DAY AND SAID,
"HONEY, 25 YEARS AGO WE HAD A CHEAP APARTMENT, A CHEAP CAR, SLEPT ON A SOFA BED AND WATCHED A 10-INCH BLACK AND WHITE TV, BUT I GOT TO SLEEP EVERY NIGHT WITH A HOT 25-YEAR-OLD BLONDE."

NOW WE HAVE A $500,000 HOME, A $45,000 CAR, A NICE BIG BED AND A PLASMA SCREEN TV, BUT I'M SLEEPING WITH A 50-YEAR-OLD WOMAN.

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOU ARE NOT HOLDING UP YOUR SIDE OF THINGS.":dodge:

MY WIFE IS A VERY REASONABLE WOMAN. SHE TOLD ME TO GO OUT AND FIND ANOTHER HOT 25-YEAR-OLD BLONDE :shit: , AND SHE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT I WOULD ONCE AGAIN BE LIVING IN A CHEAP APARTMENT, DRIVING A CHEAP CAR, SLEEPING ON A SOFA BED AND
WATCHING A 10-INCH BLACK AND WHITE TV. :gob:

AREN'T OLDER WOMEN GREAT?
THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO SOLVE YOUR MID-LIFE CRISIS!

Koooomeeeeoooooo is a suburb of Helensville. Auckland shmorkland, lived there for 6 years, bought a house, left, kept the house. Now get Auckland capital gains paid for by tenant and live in Taradice.

Only now do I feel comfortable enough to buy toys again.

Alan Bollard is a monkey.

Yes, and it's probably a former state house in Naenae!

Mind you, prices have gone crazy around our way recently. A mid-50s house on about an acre of land right next to the railway line sold recently for $345,000. A year ago the place across the road, which is less than 10 years old and has 18 acres of land, sold for $850,000 and the five bedroom house on six acres further down the road sold for $250,000 four years ago. There is a new house on about an acre of land for sale in our road now for $475,000 - and it will no doubt sell too.

Indeed, my house was bought for $378,000 in 2002 and has more than doubled in value since....bloody crazy
