xtra ftl.... they stuff everyone up! I was without internet for about 3 days once (not even dial up) because they did something to stuff it up!!

Im on extras go slow plan. Its pretty slow.

I find ringing up the help line takes FOREVER to get past the "tell me this, tell me that, but don't tell me excatly whats wrong" but once you get past the guy clicking his boxes, he will click the fix connection button.
