Question about Ardmore MX track

I am new to motocross and dont know much about it and the tracks around my area. I live in Howick and have been going to woodhill for the past month or so and just riding out there. I was wondering what ardmore is like. Like is it a relaxed atmoshpere and you can ride round the track however you want or is it like much mroe strict like you have to go at cetain times.

ALso would it be good so a semi beginer rider?

as long as you know how to ride a bike ardmore will be fine.
this sunday is practice day i think so it would be a good time to give it a try.

another option is Mercer, just of SH1,

next practice their is saturday 30th June,

heats are slpit so you will not be with the fast guys,

great track, no big jumps (only one little one) fast guys are pretty cool to watch around thier as well

I got on an dirt bike for only the second time ever at Ardmore. Its pretty lax, although there are some quick guys, but they know wobblers like me and stay out of the way :)
