It's a bit of fun. Batista is so fricken big now and Lashley has the largest upper body but the smallest wrestler voice I've heard.

I like MMA better. UFC is ok but a little staged.

As a kid ,dad use to take me to the wrestling in Palmy (where we once lived) and got to see te likes of Steve Rickards/Merv Fortune/Sweet Williiams (who went onto be one half of the Bush Wackers) Abdula the Butcher and that bloke whos son went on to rep NZ in Boxing?... think? think?....who was that Dude?....

Hi i was watching Raw and Smackdown this weekend(yes i know its not real)

Did anyone watch it on raw it looked like Vince McMahon was "killed" after he got in his Limo and it exploded it looked great. I don't buy that he is dead as it would have made major headlines.

Damnit I didn't see it this week. You could see that they were going to do something though, seeing as how they've been priming Shane to take over...

Batista is cool, I hope he gets drafted back to RAW, theyre slowly turning him into a huge star, unlike Cena who they made huge straight away but now theres jack all room to develop the character and people are getting sick of him:dodge:

I used to be the biggest wrestling fan! But I watched it back in the day of WCW! Which was like 500 times better.
My fave was Sting. My dad even got me a lil figuine of him on his motorbike lol
I liked wrestling so much I even had a few dates with one of the guys who wrestles for IPW which is a NZ wrestling organisation.. he went on to be the champion! oooh those tight red leotards did something for me :yes: lol

WWE tries so hard to be dramatic! But I highly doubt that Vince was actually killed. I only watch it when with my dad.

I had a big crush on 3count! Was funny when Tank Abbot was with them dancing away!!

It is a shame that when WCW ended people like Kronik never wrestled again, they were purely HUGE! I know a few of the WCW guys have slowly trickled into WWE but still... they were so awesome! Vampiro... Billy Kidman... Scott Hall... Ric Flair (but he is in WWE every now and then isn't he?)

I was such a wrestling nerd, I got the mag and everything! lol

When I was bodybuilding, I watched it occasionally, as I appreciated the hard work the wrestlers put into their physiques. It was a humbling experience for quite some years I must say.

The missus is a big rasslin fan and I usually watch it, well some of it for a while until my mind wanders off.
Used to watch from kid days.

We went to Smackdown at Western Springs this year and had front row seats right by the steps where they enter the ring.
Probably the best seats there.
I was a bit sceptical about the whole thing, but what a show live!

Yes we all know its scripted and 'not real'. But then again all movies are'nt either.
Its entertainment.

From my viewpoint right up within feet of the action, I observed that the punches and kicks were soft, but the slams and power moves were not. You cannot fake picking up a 300 pound person, and yes the ring flexs, but not to a huge degree, from what I saw.
Benoit's slaps were loud and looked painfull.
I saw only in the 10 man battle royal, wrestlers talking to each other whilst fighting, but in no other match.
Had a guy hit right over the head with a steel chair inf ront of us. The chair was real, he did'nt block it and it was bent!
Matt Striker got thrown over the top rope and landed upside down in front of us.
When he popped his head up about 2 feet from me his eyes were spinning like tops, totally did'nt know where he was.

We were amazed at how built the guys were, fuck, Snitsky was mammoth! Biggest there ahead of Kane or Taker etc.

Mr Kennedy rocks!!!

Oh, and the missus orders every pay per view so I get subjected to them all!
I always check the reuslts on the net then tell her Batista will always get the title back...........which he never has lately.
Pisses her off when he does'nt.

I read the Orlando news website and they stated that the Sheriff's office had said that it was a murder suicide... here (http://www.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment/orl-bk-wrestling062507,0,1379898.story)

Oh my god. That is actually terrible. I really would never have picked him as one to be suspected of killing himself and his family, being a very proud man.

And yeah it does take me back to the day I watched Eddie's tribute.. amazingly I flicked over just as it was starting!

I agree with what was said about them being amazing athletes. They have to pick up huge men and throw them across the ring.. takes a lot of strength! Then the same guys jump off the ropes and land without seriously hurting themselves.. they are true athletes!

About 2-3 days.

This week's Raw is the Benoit featured show of Monday night in the US.

They confirmed Benoit strangled his wife, killed his son, then hung himself.

WWE are now distancing all credit and tributes to him..........funny that eh?

Eddie Guerrero died last year, drugs, roids etc related.

Vince McMahon has been playing an angle the last few weeks where he was shown getting into his limo that exploded and he supposedly died.

I read that no sign of roids were in his system, he passed a test recently. He did have pills at home, but had the prescriptions for them.

The cops said it was'nt roid rage as it was a planned event. The wife was trussed up and killed on one day, the boy the next, then Benoit hung himself the next day after sending weird kinda goodbye txts to other wrestlers.
