Suzuki Street Magics are quite cool little things really.

Technically you need a bike license to ride the 110cc variant. But no one is going to know.

I've never ridden one (Someone lend me theirs..) but they have quite a rep, and you have to admit they look quite different to a step-through.

I'll never understand why someone would hold a motorcycle license and ride a 110cc Street Magic. It could be pretty cool if you wanted a ride on car license bike and disguised a 110 as a 50 :lol:

Fuel economy.
Maintenance costs.
Purchase vs resell.

Maintainance? Still gotta WOF ur shit
Purchase & resell - okay its cheap to buy and will sell for a similar price thats all fine and dandy
Registration? It's still a classed as motorcycle not a moped

It's not the cc's I dont give a shit about that. It's the fact that it's something I could only picture being ridden for fun on a car license, The fact that you have to go through all the crap of getting a motorcycle license and a more expensive rego and wof and more expensive insurance if you choose to have it that you might aswell have something that looks and actually is the part.

Ok, clearly this is not an argument won on simple logic.

So we will try emotive and context.

If I did not just buy one to lower my total maintenance bill I would have been forced into selling the Hayabusa.
Fuel economy - $25 Becomes $5. for a weeks commuting.
Maintenance costs - Just for commuting KMS including tyres $2,000.
registration. Ok did not know that, but rather insignificant in the grand scheme of the savings.
