Hey there chicks and dicks!

Talking to some other "M" folks the other day and we were in full agreement that its time for a big ole beat the winter blues bash! And we have the perfect excuse...more wrinkles, saggy bits (who??):shutup:, a spare tire (and not for the bike!) and stronger, stupider opinions (all except me!):innocent:...

In short BIRTHDAYS!
Three of em:
Maha
Mom
Marsha

But wait theres more:
Mad Duck (sometime round then!)
and I'm told...Kitty

So:
When: July 28th, 6pm onwards
Where: My digs (pm me for the addy)
Why: Duh. Cause we can.

Doing nibbles etc. Bring a contribution and your own grogg. :rockon:

Beds, sofas, and floor space available around the place :zzzz:- pm one of us for details. Ride details to be posted later....(leaving that to Maha seeing as my talents are better matched to TEC)...and tequila.

My advice: keep the next day free - you'll have a headache.

Kay - just some details folks:

If you want floor space, all good but bring a sleeping bag and pillow, unless you cant (ie: if you're riding - I have some but may run short)...

Beds all gone now, but Busa Pete and Mrs. have beds available - just PM them.

I have a **** of a driveway (shared) but there is some parking space at the bottom - was thinking that it would be good to park all cars on the street and all bikes in the boat park, and driveway - much more secure. K?

Well what can I say! Yet another wonderful gathering of like, insane minded people, combined with a couple of bevvies makes the perfect recipe for a good time.

Some general highlights of the evening include a fabulous haka performed by some very loud young men, and some um wonderful tuneful? singing by a few of the rowdy rent a crowd that these shin-digs seem to attract.

I met a lovely young man called fart bum? I know, dont ask me why any mother would call her son that :eek5: I think he uses another allias on here though something like HDT boy. He can dance btw, sorry FB I was a bit tipsy when we were dancing, probably just as well I dont have that $10K :innocent:

I learned that MDU has true and real affection for Jersey cows!! That news came totally out of left field I can assure you! He is also afraid of corks :yes:

Macktheknife's test tube tasters can make Tide want to get really fit by taking regular turns up the road, round the round about and back again, they also make you use your outside voice, when common decency would dictate that you used your inside one :o

007XX looks way better blonde than she does black, and I prefer Maha man's bald head to the rug that he was wearing at times last night :yes:

I learned that Pink Hog Girl is also a little ray of sunshine first thing in the morning, and that a standard double bed can fit 6 adults in it at the same time, bit cozy I admit, sorry for wriggling my feet like that Tide, and for the record just cos I laugh it does not mean I am about to fart!:nono:

I also learned that after singing, dancing and general merryment till ummmmm 5ish, renders me to only being able to croak first thing in the morning.

Still smiling from the party. MY God did I need to let my hair down - I didn't realise how much till I did... So many memories (and a few blank spots too it seems... I really don't recall some of those pics being taken...!). I daren't go through the events as I recall them. They're messy, hazy and potentially embarrasing for those involved but I'm so glad I went. What a crack up!

Two special thanks need to go out though. One is to Mika for his song Grace Kelly. I didn't realise how PAINFUL that song can be.

And the other... Marsha.... the hostess with the mostess... how do I put this errr..

Actually yes it does (gratefully) I was somewhat aware of my surroundings at that point, and on the "sore thumb" incident, but there seems to be a number of conversations I had, and accents I adopted... that I have very little memory of...

My my - the fun one misses whilst combining Panadol, Neurofen and any other pain killer in the cupboard.....!

I have just (only just) recovered....What a great bash. Shame about the water bill (and that persistant bloody annoying beep!). ALL SOOOO WORTH IT!!
