You're JOKING!!!!!!!!
They are bloody terrible.
They have correct information on hand
They have a large range of tyres with alternatives to suit most budgets
They do what they can to sort out your bike
They advise when a part may need replaceing not even associated with the tyre you wanted
You can ride right on into the place in the dry.
I mean --they just leave us NOTHING to bloody complain about.

They are just easy to deal with. They have a large selection and they pretty much decide for you if your not sure - and its the right selection too. not some bullshit sales trip!
They know there stuff and they don't mess you around. THey go the extra mile.
i went in with a flat battery with intentions of buying a new one. They thought to just quickly check that it was charging because cbr900rr are notorious for the rectifiers going (i didn't know, but they did!) turns out the connections to the rectifier had burnt out. one of the guys lends me his bike to go to the elec component shop to get some connecters, and they wire it up for me - sorted!
i think they charged me like 20 bucks....

I have been using them for 9 years, dealing with the same guy all that time, and he never lets me down.
No matter what the issue is, even if he doesn't normally deal with the *** he will suggest a solution and somewhere to get it sorted if he can't do it.
Bloody good, bloody reliable, get my money every time.

What Frosty said.

Nothing but boring.

"can I have a small discount for flashing this KB badge at you?" "Oh, ok then"

very true, seriously though, Spectrum, Cycletreads (both in Takapuna) and Motomail have all given me great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of those three.
