Hey guys/gals,

Me and one more guy who has already been a flat mate of mine, are looking at 3 bedroom houses because our current one is being sold.

We need one more flat mate who is fun/easy going, tidy, around 25-30 would be good. Reliable sourse of income and honesty is obviously a must.

We are looking at Hillsborough/Onehunga/Penrose/Elerslie/Remuera/Greenlane/Onetree hill area.

An Update.

We now have a house.

A modern house that is in excellent condition with lots of space. There is a double garage as well. The room we have spare is a double room. There are two bathrooms in the house. It is down a quiet driveway and is very secured with even a security camera at the top of the driveway.

Both me and my flatmate who just came from France are very friendly and outgoing.

Location: Onehunga.
Rent p/w: $145.
Need to move in: ASAP after the 10th of July, 2007.

Sounds like you will now have plenty of room to work on your bikes etc etc.

Housewarming party.... to be all caught on camera when you do those pushbike wheelies up and down the driveway :rofl:

Yea, I'm still out and about. Just not on a bike ATM. That may change soon but don't eactly know when. I miss you guys though and the bike meets/rides etc..

Ahh well, everyone needs time out from one thing or another at some point in their life. Just remember to flick a PM out or something when you are ready to ride again! Always keen to catch up for a beer or coffee remember...

Problem solved.

Found us a flatmate who's pretty cool and I knew her since high school. She even rides a ZZR so I reckon we'll get along just fine. I don't think she's a KB'er.
