Cause it was dead.

Why did the second Koala bear fall out the tree?
Cause it was stapled to the first one.

Why did the third Koala bear fall out of the tree?
Cause it thought it was a game and joined in.

Why did the aborigine fall off his bike?
He was hit by falling Koala's.

Why did the second aborigine fall off him bike?
They were riding tandem.
