Another 4 weeks off

Yip, The shoulder still aint right.
So im off for another 4 weeks. I can pretty much kiss the winter series goodbye for this year. Ill have to spend the rest of the season training and getting strength back into the shoulder joint.

Work has been really good about it. Was hoping to get back this week, but as the arm broke too, its holding the healing up. It broke up the top of the arm. Exactly where all the tendens attach from front, back, upper and lower shoulder. Great aye!

I dont have a road bike at the moment, so may not see much of you very much untill I am right to ride.

Bloody hell ... that is real harsh there sparky ... not fear when Grub breaks four bones and is back the following week you break and dislocated (painful shit) and its gonna be 10 odd weeks ... total bummer!!
