Piaggio MP3 for roatest?

Just wondering, can this be used for the road test? My wife just got one, and it's a 250. Just not sure because of the wheel arrangement.

Fairly sure you'd be able to. It has to be 250cc or smaller and registered as a motorcycle.

It's a boatload of fun! I didn;t really think I'd like it, but is great. A little underpowered....

When the 500CC Gilera comes out, I think its going to be sweet.
