Hamilton Motorcycles deserves another pat on the back.
The fat Scramblers front disc got a bit "wavey" over the last 2-3 thou Kms.
A couple of e-mails, and a short pow wow over reasons and options with Mike and Neil, and hey presto, Warranty parameters were met, a quick turnaround on fitting a new disc and pads, and the 2nd service also done in the same sitting.
Praise should be given to business's that are friendly and efficient.
I hear of a few grumbles online about poor service in the M/cycle industry, so I would like to throw in a positive one.
Thanks again guys.:Punk:

sorry to hear that. Was it Bike Warranty, or clothing/accessories?

Yes the latter. Article was sent back to the importer who wouldnt accept any liability replying that item hadnt been handled correctly. No way to prove either way so my loss.
But if I was a retailer in a similar situation I think I would have done a little more for me Jo Public.

Its good to get the word out about the good guys, we hear way to much negative feedback about the bad guys but normally none about the good ones.

I would like to put in a plug for Gisborne Honda, very very awesome guys. If they cant answer your question then the person they put you onto can. They aim for the best price on everything from a spark plug to a set of tyres. If you are ever in town and need service with a smile...pop in and you shall be very impressed.

Yep! I agree tri_boy, have used Hamilton Motorcycles for a number of years now both for bike purchases and service. Matt and Neil run a good and friendly workshop and have never had any complaints. Also the boys across the road at Boyd Honda deserve a plug too, in particular John in the Parts dept.

Any other happy campers this week?
With the amount of shit weather, beatings, and general mayhem about, sometimes its nice to hear positive results.:sunny:

Good on ya TB for posting positive results, and equally Warr for the other side of the coin. If it wasn't for people posting their experiences we'd be wandering (riding?) around in the dark.

I'll second that and put in a good word for Dave & Linden (sp?) in the service dept.
