Hi,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. 40 years old, got my bike licence on my TS185 when I was 15 years and one week. Quickly: RD400 => PE400 => DR600 => TT250 => VFR700 Interceptor. Then a break while living in England, then XR600 and lastly CBR600F2.

Sold the CBR as it wasn't getting used enough, but now find I need some alternative transport occasionally, and I feel a bit lost without a bike in the driver, so now looking around for a slower route around corners but still have some fun, so looking for a cruiser of some sort.

Also interested in mountain bikes, and saw KiwiBiker got pipped by VORB in the Netguide web awards so thought this forum might be a hoot. Fewer 14 year old with a penchant for attempting the fastest downhill time or biggest drop, I imagine...

Anyway, I'll update this thread once I sort out some new wheels (Most likely a thin one on the front and a fat one on the back).

Welcome Angusdog, hope you enjoy Kiwibiker, lots of info , lots of fun and a few crazy beggars... you will find lots of kiwi bikers down there in wellytown, with many group rides so when u have your wheels, join in on a few and meet your biker neighbours..

Angus is the black and white staffie (8), Einstein is the black staffie (2). We've had Angus since he was a puppy, Einstein is a recent addition from friends emigrating. Very friendly, full o' beans type dogs, but people seem a little apprehensive when the see the two of them bounding up to them when we're out for a walk - bloody media...
