Seems like there is a buzz and the swarm is growing! I notice a lot of Hornet riders are taking up their wings lately and I thought it would be cool to one day get us all together in a central location and take a big group piccie!

I know most of you are still going through the learning stage (heck, as bikers we are learning everyday!) so, would be kewl to have a big meet up one day!

Whaddya all say? Heheh... :woohoo:

 So where were you on todays tootling ride out to Kaiaua for 250s then? :devil2:

I think your Hyobags could muster a pretty impressive turnout just by yourselves! Besides, you know Hornet riders are kinda.... out there.... I thought you would be glad to know that we'd all be in spot, away from all the other sane bikers out there! :innocent:

Besides... I'm enquiring about starting up a Hornet's Nest chapter here in little ol'New Zealand affiliated to the biggest and best nest!

http://www.hondahornet.co.uk/

I'll be getting in a whole range of their products and see if I can act as their agent here! Mad, I am, Sam I am...

Woo hoo! Hornets! Bzzzzzt! :banana::2thumbsup:not:

PS - I am an equal opportunity bigot, I hate everyone equally and without recourse!

PPS - Hey! You are alive! I thought you had vanished somewhere into Hyobag Hell!

Spoken like the biker who has a giraffe playing basketball bicycle bell mounted on their handlebars!

And insists that he has "somewhere else to be" when he leaves Spanner nights early ... or ... complains that there isn't enough threads to troll in ... or ... that he isn't paid enough and needs more validation in his life ... or ... velcro dots on his digital camera ... or ... needs to be told he's a pussy for not riding a minimoto at first ... or ... need I go on?

Heck sonny jim, I know what it takes, since I can out saddo you without breaking stride!

Yeah, line 'em all up - I want to see how many 250 riders are paying double for their tyres!

N.B. Hornets have weird sized tyres for a 250cc bike and are incredibly expensive to fit rubber to.

...Actually I misread the thread thinking it was to all 250'ers and realised, so I edited it with "aasdsadas". I complain that there isn't enough threads to troll in? ....What?

That's okay, just misquoting you out of context and putting words in your mouth! lol! The power of the innernet ... able to make mountains out of molehills, flame wars when none are needed... but above all ...

Divide, divest and conquer! Muwahahhaha! :Pokey::bash::brick::kick::psst::moon::violin:

Seems McJim is in fine form lately, sniping from the edges and then doing the occasional highland charge!

The worrying combination is that there's a Scotman on an Italian piece of design! A descendant from one of the worlds fighting nutters riding something designed by a race of people who went faster in reverse! (The old WWII joke ... Eyetie tanks have 3 gears forward and 5 for reverse...)

Must be why I like the big mad Scotsman! (This is the second big mad Scotsman I've known in my life... kinda scary... all barrel chested and with that garrulous nature that is the bane of all Englishmen).

Gah! You mean all that time your sparkly pride and joy hasn't been ridden!? :gob: Oh the inhumanity of it all! :spanking:

Sounds like you've been away from home for a whiles - seems you Hyobag owners always seem to be leaving your preccciouuuusssss behind .. WarlockNZ down Christchurch way and had to leave his mint Hyobag behind as well!

Never mind, check out the other get together that we are all discussing together in the club 250 thread!

Dunno if I'm barrel-chested. I'm certainly keg-bellied though!

I'm choosing to be complimented by your comments since (as usual) I can't be certain I've fully understood you .

So what's the count at so far - will we see a swarm of hornets on the next 250 run?

At this stage ... two... or one ... unless I decide to ride Daisy! :o
But the little ol'Hornet meet was more of a photo shoot op ... no real riding of course! Sheesh! That would just use up the expensive rubber on the rear! :msn-wink:

Nah, just stand around going ooh-ahh over each others rides... Talk about what bit of bling or kit to install next before pushing the bikes back into garages and then comparing riding gear for fashion, fit and other trivial bike banalities! :innocent:

And who really understands anybody? Heck, I don't even understand me at the best of times!

Yes, this thread of course is hideously off topic and you've dragged it back on! I was thinking of contacting all the little ol'hornet riders so we can meet at an arranged point for a photo op session and then a bit of a ride (naturally it seems it will draw out everyone else keen on a ride!)

Just wanted to do something super-duper special ... and having a swarm of hornets would do the trick! (hmm mebbe I should just extend it out to all the Hornet riders! :sweatdrop)

Would make a great shot for everyone's collection.
