Where do you work? I went for a short ride to Takapuna but came back as I was given the oportunity to have more practice in my car on the motorway.

I had the bot last week,or more...I told myself no matter what the weathers like I'm not going for a ride,flat on my back with a relapse worse than what I had is not what I want.

I was asked to observe at the North Island Trials Champs 2 day this weekend (Tuakau) - yesterday was not the time to be standing in mud in the pouring rain,but I would of been embarassed to go down today looking fit and healthy.
