Hi all, I followed a link which led to a link, you know what its like.
Riding in NZ is one thing I want to get done so I might as well read here from time to time as it seems to be an active and varied message board.
If there is anything I can help with for riders heading this way just ask.
I live on the east coast at a place called Cooroy, which is directly inland 20mins from Noosa Heads, and just over an hour north of Brisbane.
I ride a fair bit, all over the country.

Hey Davo,
More and more Aussies!
I think I went to Cooroy once with my Dad when we were staying at Noosa Heads (that's the Noosa township right by the mouth of the river, isn't it?). Took the 4WD and monkeyed about.
It seems in some of those hinterlands the roads can get nice and twisty which is good for a change. A lot of the riders I know there like to head south towards NSW, though.
Welcome, anyway :)

Thanks for the welcome, the town you are prob thinking about might be Tewantin which is on the river. Cooroy is a 20min drive on the main road that heads west from Noosa. Its alongside the main Highway1 highway.

Murray Bridge is a bit out of the way but a heck of a lot of good riding around there, if you venture over towards Adelaide into the hills you will be happy you did. Lots of good riding there.
Thanks to the welcomes everyone.

Gidday Dave, and welcome to KB. Good to have some Ozzie Cuzzies on the 'board. GoGal and I are looking to do "The big Lap" one day, so may pick your brain on that sometime. In the meantime, CHEERS!
