Oh my word, how hot is this bike?

I love the little casquette behind the instruments. And the pipes! They must sound delicious!

Dang, that's purdy!
What's with the bloody decompression plate though? Reducing the compression ratio isn't going to help it be "flexible and torquey" anywhere in the rev range. On those little cylinders 4mm would be a shitload of lost compression.

Only reason I can think off is that by reducing the compression is that there is less stress on the engine, so should last longer with no rebuilds.

Anyone agree or am I way off?

Technically, yes, it is to relieve the stress on the engine.
The standard c/r is 9.5:1 which is not huge but I would think engine parts for this would be rather impossible to find.
However, 4mm is rather big for a 350cc OHV twin.

That is sexy, I much prefer it without the fairings though. Very nice.
