Why is that there are some people out that that procrasinate that much even giving them over a months notice they still let you down at the last minute because they don't get their shit together!!!

Its frustrating!!! Even giving them regular reminders the shit still hasn;t happened.

There's your problem - too much notice. Some minds are incapable of understanding that more than an hour away will actually exist.

Back in the "old days" when everything needed to be shipped here... people actually HAD planning skills!
Nowadays we must order everything online and expect it to arrive on the next-day courier delivery.
We have gone from a nation of planners to a nation of "crisis-managers".
