My son rang last night to say that the Hinds pub bottle store has just stocked the large bottles of Waikato beer.
You South Islanders will soon be under our control! :yes:

Remember the Waikato beer ad. of a couple of years ago? The original chainsaw ad? Well, I was in that ad. It was filmed at the Paekakariki pub (even that's gone now) and it wasn't waikato that they had in the handles! It was Lion Red!! :sick: But I still drunk it... it was free!

I reside in Cow Central, and i still wont drink the stuff.:sick:
So I'm happy to hear the southerners have to deal with it also.
Could you also take the majority of our road effluent, winter fog/drizzle and all of the rural retards that think they are NZ royalty.

I'm not a realy mooloo having only lived here for 6 years or so, but I dont mind drinking waikato.. Its a shitload better than lion red at any rate.. Lion red is the only beer I dislike so much I wont even drink it if its free.

Waikato is nice if it is cold and its the first beer you drink, cant change over to it after drinking something alse, taste like crap then... had a Waikato at Paeroa in Feb', mate shouted me a beer...''fuck this is nice what is it''? Waikato!.... ''you are joking''.... yea went down a treat..:yes:
