Towbar travelling Welly to Napier?

Hi y'all. Is there anybody travelling from Wellington to Napier/Wairoa/Gisborne in a vehicle with a towbar? My father lives in Wairoa and has bought a concrete mixer (road registered etc) and needs it transported to at least Napier. I was going to take it with me as I'm headed there this weekend but I do not have a vehicle with a towbar :( Naturally there will be compensation for your efforts.
