I've just looked on the Steahly Offroad website and they don't list one, so that guy might be right. If you want to tame it down a little, you could run a steel rear sprocket, heavy duty tubes and retard the timing slightly (never tried this on a four stroke but it works on a two stroke). The heavier wheels will help a little. If your having trouble stalling you can also try lowering the foot brake lever as this prevents you getting so much leverage on it. I know these ideas don't sound like much, but they are a step in the right direction. Off course a flywheel weight would be the better option.
John Carson imports the Steahly Flywheel weights and might be able to find out for sure for you. His number is 021 396 086.
Or perhaps email Steahly via http://www.steahlyoffroad.com/Contact.html
My KTM had aluminium clutch plates. I changed them for Honda CR125 steel plates for a little more flywheel effect.

I had to machine some of my case to try and make my flywheel fit. I've still not got it in there!! LOL
