Cheapest place to get keihin carb jets?

Looking for some jets for a PJ 38 mil carb, wheres the cheapest place to purchase jets?

Any bike can get them, them may even have them in stock.
About 12 bucks or less
I got a couple for my bike (larger sizes)
And learn't how to cock up my jetting.
Put it back to standard and that was best for the bike.

Yep thats my fear aswell(cocking up the jetting). However my bike is running extremely rich(mixture of black and blue smoke), and apparently shops charge a ridiculous amount to do a rejet.
