View Full Version : A few guidelines for organizing rides in these forums

Always put the date of the ride in the thread title.

As the ride is discussed, the details tend to change, so the thread starter needs to keep the first post updated with the ride details. This way other members don’t have to read pages of posts to find out where to go. If the tread starter is not available to do this, ask a moderator or admin.

If you do change the ride details, make a new post saying changes to the ride have been made. This will keep all participants up to date by making the thread appear in their new posts page.

To help advertise the event, use the calendar so the event will appear on the homepage.
