rgv150 headlight when off?

going to get a warrant for it and checking everything. The headlight doesn't go if its off, is this normal? indicators and brake lights work when its off.

My KR is the same, so I imagine it's normal for the RGV (it's kickstart only as well eh?). Oddly the KR has a 'park' setting for the headlights, but you'd have to park with the engine running for it to work :mellow:
