Chassis/serial number on scooter?

Can anyone tell me where the Chassis/Serial number is on scooter?
My guess would be the steering/frame shaft but I don't have the scooter with me and need to text the person to tell them where to look - long story

yep, under the plastic cover on the footwell area just in front of the riders knees.
