This guy was a genius ahead of his time. All those special effects were hand-scratched/drawn onto film stock. He composed, scripted and scored the movie for it (did something like 180 film-position roles!) funded it with his own life savings ... and was screwed by his distributors in the end. People were lining up around the block to watch it...and they pulled the film off the big screen only after a week!

This short was made as a preview for the film itself and ended up being part of the whole story of the film itself being made!
