Did some testing at physio today, and have decided my shoulder still isnt up to fitness to race yet.
Im gutted, but dont want to damage it even more.
Have transfered my entry to round 5, so one more month and ill be good enough to race.

So looks like ill be pitbitch again!

Bloody hell, it is taking forever eh?
Poor you, I can imagine how frustrating it must be...

Chin up hun... look at it this way, your opposition need time to up their game to be able to keep up with you, so this is an act of generosity on your part :msn-wink:

Hope it comes right soon!

That's rough dude. You're doing the right thing though, imagine if you screwed it up for good because you raced too soon. My physio has only grounded me for another 2 weeks which happens to be about the same day/time that the bike will be finished :)

bloody shoulders are terrible to try and rehabilitate... the worst injury Ive ever had... falling off a pushbike, outside the gym one day.... about a year later I saw the funny side. My shoulder ligaments will never be right, but they're better now. Well, they're as good as they'll get.

Grit your teeth and keep up the exercises and itll come right.... eventually
