sr250
mb100
yz80e
honda mr50 (elsinore)
half a yamaha mr50
Yamaha SR250 (1987?) Offers around $900
Reg on Hold, No Wof
Average condition, new wing mirror, new battery, spark plug and seat cover
A few small dents in the tank and indicators a bit bashed (easily fixed, lenses to be glued back on)
I think the starter motor has died. It will also need a new clutch cover gasket or just some gasket goo, as it has leaked the gearbox oil.
One of the fork seals is a bit weapy.
Good for a learner or a runabout.
MB100 (1980something.)
in rough condition, was going ok but i think the fuel tap is bung cos there was a petrol puddle on the floor. has a knobbly on the back for awesome off road action! no electrics, no keys. would make a good bucket project or parts.
YZ80E (1978 - 79)
was told it was going when i got it. missing kickstart. rough condition. will need a new exhaust or lots and lots of exhaust wrap (i took the exhaust wrap off and it fell in half) It has a brand new throttle cable (original yamaha) that hasnt been put on yet. also have a complete parts manual on cd. i think it covers all the dirt bike models from 75 - 80 or something.
Honda MR50 Elsinore (1974)
Needs new gaskets/seals, piston kit.
Would make a good project, pretty rare, and really awesome for the kiddies.
would need to have at the least an engine rebuild. body is rough, but its over 30 years old, so you would expect it. Can still get a lot of the parts (piston kits, gaskets, seals, levers, guards, stickers etc) from america via the internet.
Yamaha MR50 (1980 something?)
Dont know anything about it. Bought it off trademe for parts, thinking it was a honda mr50. there is an engine, electrics, and a bunch of other stuff. i dont really know, i havnt looked through the boxes.
first three pictures are of the honda mr50, 4th is yamaha yz80e and 5th picture is the honda mb100.
i havnt got any pictures of the yamaha mr50, sr250, or the hondas engine.
they can be provided if wished
they have to go :bye:. you are welcome to come and view before you make an offer :)
