Looking for someone that will fabricate a small metalwork job for me.
Description:
Basically a ground anchor.
Thick square of steel with a welded u-shaped eye, also out of thick guage steel. With four 10mm holes for dyna bolts. Needs to be strong.
Pretty simple, but I dont have access to the steel or welding gear - otherwise I would do it myself. If you have some scrap steel that would be suitable lying around please let me know.
I will pay for the job, but after seeing the price of commercially available anchors sitting around the $140 mark I hope to get a ground anchor made up for much less!

That one? Its shit. Only two bolts. I want four.
This looks good but is expensive. (http://www.torc-anchors.com/torc-ground-anchor.php)

Ring Mitek Manufacturing and ask for Phillip (or pop in and see your local building supplies merchant as some of the off the shelf brackets aren't bad), they manufacture custom building brackets and will definitely be able to help you cheaply and will manufacture out of Steel/Galv/Stainless etc.

Well done Mark!
You have done an excellent job of it! Thank you very much! (will fix you up for it ;) )
