How often do you ride? We (husband and 2 sons) try to ride every weekend. My boys have also ridden mid-week as it's their Summer holiday.

I seem to be a forum whore on a UK MX forum with 19813 posts! :gob: :laugh: We often meet up and ride whenever we can.

Daily for me weekdays (the RF is my commute - hit 85,000kms this morning), and once a weekend...

Going for a fun ride/blat with mates - probably once every two weeks.

7 days a week im on one wheel some times two .
comute 5days a week .
weekends we try to do one long ride and just local on the other.
KB has a room or two for you anywhere in the country all you have to do is ask

And Ewan - we're in Suffolk at the moment. Hoping to come out to NZ by October. Not sure where yet but looking around the Bay of Plenty.

We live for motocross over here :rockon: We can only ride at tracks here at weekends (some tracks open on a Wednesday) but we need to ride every weekend because we love it so much. You have more room over there to ride around but here in the UK we can only ride at tracks.

Are MX tracks as big over there as they are here?

I ride most days. But I must confess to leaving the bike at home when the temperature is lower than -6, when there is black ice or snow on the road, and twice recently when the wind speeds were over 100 kmh. So far there have been 18 days in the past 12 months that I haven't ridden.

I try to ride as often as possible...

Say, commuting to Uni, an hour fun at Scenic Drive after school, a quick trip to Huia whenever the day is fine, a visit to Mt Eden Summit after dinner/ uni, etc etc...
But still I don't do long rides. I clocked 2500km a month, thats approximately 30,000km a year "Salary".

Hmm... thats not much on the odometer... <_<

I ride most days ... only wimp out in extreme winds .. which in Wellington means three days this year ... I do use the bike to commute, but have just as much fun riding with others and also going on jaunts on my own or with the lover (Grub!)

As often as possible and when the timing is right (ie; no kids, reasonable forecast) we really slam up the k's. Just checked the bikes over for a jaunt this coming w/e with three more in the near future. Commuting isn't for me, too many arses.

I try to get out every weekend however a new child and increasing domestic duties are putting the squeeze on.I do enjoy taking the bike to work but the Harley is hard work in rush hour traffic.I find if I don't get a ride in I start to get the bikers form of cabin fever (sort of like women's pms) amazing how it disappears when I start the bike.

Got an XV500SE which is my lane splitter for work and a GL1200i for the weekends and Rally's.
Got a cage too but it just pulls the trailor to the dump ;)
