This is a Suzuki GP100 frame, with RG50 wheels, clip ons, a replica GB500tt fibreglass seat tail-piece and lengthened RD50 tank. Motor has handmade water-cooled head, polished and ported barrel, opened up roatary disc valve, RM125 carbuerettor, factory spec. expansion chamber.
$600 or near offer.

hey man, so has this bike been raced or run since the work has been done?
Whats needed (if anything) to get it race ready?
I see a drive chain missing and is ther a radiator? hows the plumbing done?

It certainly has raced as you see it (had a chain on then:blink:). It was eating the hot GL145's that normally clean up at Waipawa.

It is thermo-syphon, no pump, see those two pipes, top & rear of head? They lead to a remote radiator, probably bluetooth so it might be in the pits.:innocent:

radiator off due to relocating to cure handling problem(radiator was on headstock .i.e could not turn.

How did you go about making that head...very interesting.
Might look to do a similar mod for my GP100.

Ideally you would reverse it & have the rad as high as possible for thermosyphon effect to work well (Bottom of rad to feed into lower front).
Best option is reasonably thin water passages, but you mustn't make the head itself too thin. It has to have a reasonable thermal mass to prevent from warping. Knocking the fins off the original & machining down will be ok, but careful with welding & don't weld into the chamber as it will very often go porous.
