When from Palmy North to Havelock North caught up with the folks. Pajero driver almost had a head on on the last hill and bridge to Norsewood passing a camper van. Idiot. Saw the sis and bro in Hastings back along Highway 50 to Woodville to Boots n Braces for a plate of wedges and a beer. Then off to the stepsons on a farmlet just outside Paheatua. Mowed his lawn(once I got the old lawnmower workng). Then off home. On the whole traffic was good and not many other m/cs out and about. Possibly because it was a tad cool out. Glad to be home. The GSX750EX didn't miss a beat and reminded me of why I loved my old EZ all those years ago-the damn things are so stable and comfortable. May shortly have a later model 500 twin suzi, all things going well, to keep it company in the garage. Night night all.The good wifes just got home and I'll make her a cuppa.
